CURRENT PROGRAMMES:
All tutors are qualified.

Over fourteen years they have accumulated vast experience of working in care/nursing homes and day centres, gaining much awareness of holistic care skills.

INTER-ACTIVE ARTS PROGRAMMES:- various inter-active music, memory, & movement plus arts & crafts sessions in day centres for older people - sponsored by D.D.C. Older Peoples' Services.

Our new programme PACT is to run for 3 years and is aimed at:

  • Enhancing and developing care staff skills by utilising creative arts in an educational format.
  • Supporting the development of quality care for homes’ residents and day centre members.
  • Using qualified tutors to deliver multi-facetted workshops to care staff, including I.T. as a major initiative seeking to develop new technology with the care staff.  Then through them ultimately reaching older people personally.
  • Working with local secondary schools and encouraging their students to act as I.T. mentors to both care staff and residents.

We are indebted to the following funding bodies
